I have come across some great information since my last blog. How about the fact that pain medications mask your actual pain and tears up the lining in your stomach. Your symptoms are not addressed and now you have more problems. What if we could address our bodies symptoms without doing any more damage? What if you could deal with just the aching of your head without the nausea of your stomach because of the meds you took? Well there is a way to do that. The alternative world of medicine is the way our grandparents did it as well as their parents. These were hard working people that did everything. Their bodies stood the test and they lived a long life.
I think we need to take a step back from our fast life and eat some herbs and drink the plain water. Your body will thank you later.

I would like to apologize for the lost time between my first blog and this one. I had a mini meltdown in my new business venture. I am learning to network market and help educate people on a new product in the world today. I would like to try to reach all that I can to say there is an alternative to living in pain everyday. There is an alternative to putting different substances in our bodies to gain more energy. Our bodies were not made to handle all that stuff. We are in effect hurting one side of our system to help with something else. I ask you is it really worth it. I met a young lady that was 19 years old that takes ADHD meds in the morning. She then takes a sleeping pill to put her to sleep at night. Can you imagine what her insides look like. I am here to say there is a better way to deal with these issues.
